great company, awesome interface, good support
Cons:
the CRM is just really basic, even as a small business owner i crave the enterprise custimization features - features it doesn't have
Other Thoughts:
i ended up going with another company well reviewed on this website, streamlined fusion. they have done a great job so far, really nice people. - but iv only used microsoft dynamics hosted with streamlined fusion for about 3 weeks - as soon as they have proven their track record, i will review them as well.

Preface: im a computer support tech who helps my clients with a range of issues and sometimes consult on software.
great CRM for a first time business owner who knows nothing about business (managing customers, receivables, etc.)
Cons:
not for small business owners - too basic

fast and easy setup, my home user clients love it.
