Pros:

Can create your own modules, customize fields, mass email, workflow, campaigns, the list goes on. Their team is always willing to help. Transitioned over from Salesforce.com, didn't lose any features and lowered our overall cost by hundreds.

Cons:

would like a few more campaign templates
