Pros:

24 hour support via email or phone. Fast connection.

Cons:

None I have noticed. I have always received a call back when using the support email.

Other Thoughts:

Sales answered the phone when I called. That is much better than 90% of the others I looked at.

Pros:

Cons:

the program works alright but customer support is bad. no one ever calls me aback when I have an issue. overpriced for this kind of service I think. would rather pay a little more and be treated as a valued client than pushed to the side.
