I just wanted to add my side of the coin I am also among the unknown number of users who lost everything in the recent fpweb.net crash. After the crash, I found them very reluctant to tell me what happened and they did not call when promised!!
Other Thoughts:
I finally found out that their servers crashed and their backup system had failed ( backups corrupted ). The idea of disaster recovery includes testing their system: which they obviously failed to do. They did offer me 6 months free after the crash, but they already proved they were unable to guard my data at that point. They also told me that they could restore my site if "I" had backed it up mysely (how the hell do i do this??? manually through excel, give me a break!!!)
Not the kind of service you can depend on.

Cons:
Service was terrible and could not get through to anyone in customer care when I had an issue. The product is overpriced and under delivered in my opinion. Discontinued my service and would recommend you do the same.

their servers CRASHED and we lost all our data, tons of work down the drain. these guys are not reliable for crm hosting at all..god damn.

did not have a good experience with tech support, was on hold for twenty minutes or more. decided not to put up with it anymore.
Other Thoughts:
read that their servers CRASHED and lost a lot of user data. i dont want that to happen to me.
