Pros:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM has never been more affordable than with Hosted Fusion. The services are very, very fast as well.

Cons:

Set up time took a day longer than originally told.

Other Thoughts:

Tim from sales, helped me realize and plan how to most effectively utilize this highly customizable CRM service. I'm already seeing more conversions and less potential sales slip through the cracks.
