Intuit Review: IT Manager

Pros:

Our company uses it to sell beverages on the internet. We have anywhere from 5-12 operators on the phones at a time taking orders and it handles this without hesitation. Our website shopping cart is online 24x7x365

Pros:

great company with a strong knowledge of small biz customers

Cons:

very complicated compared to previous CRMs we have used. support is outsourced to India and i cant understand a thing!

Other Thoughts:

they make great accounting software, but stay away from their CRM
