they are dirt cheap for a reason!!!!!!
Cons:
Their tech support is a TOTAL joke!!! if even im lucky enough to understand there heavy indian accent.
Other Thoughts:
they have basically NO knowledge of their own product and all they know how to do is say "please reset your router" or, "please restart your computer"
total idiots; how is reseting my router or restarting my computer going to help me when THERE CRM and EXCHANGE service CONSTANTLY GO DOWN.
I swear i get 1-8 hour outages at lease once a week.
be warned - stay away!!!!! biggest mistake of my life!

the Microsoft service is always great but I feel it is WAY overpriced. I can always get a hold of someone but I am on hold for longer than I would like. I am struck in a contract and it's not all that bad but I would recommend someone spend some time online and look at alternatives before signing a few years away.

well after those 30 days, the price was somehwat high so I looked somewhere else.
