Pros:

the friendlest support people i have ever met. i could never be mad even after downtime because they treated me so well.

Cons:

frequent downtime, often more than once a month

support was great and responded quickly, usually within 1 hour

Cons:

however, downtime was very frequent. 5-8 times a month for .5-1 hours in duration
