Pros:

Lots of features, but way too costly!!!!!!

Cons:

Price is out of this world! So complicated we can't figure out how to use it! We've invested over a million dollars and are thinking of ditching the system for esalestrack CRM or Salesforce.

Other Thoughts:

Stay away!
