Pros:

Great service and excellent communication. We actually get to speak with intelligent people when we contact their help desk. We've hosted most of our application with Secure-24 for two and a half years.

Cons:

They don't support single server hosting, I believe you must host multiple servers with them.

Pros:

a very good sales department

Cons:

i wish their support was as good as their sales team.

Other Thoughts:

their website looks slick and other review sites said they wern't that bad, but the support was very lack luster. sometimes i got no responce when calling in, and it would go to voicemail or handup on me.
