Pros:

a very good sales department

Cons:

i wish their support was as good as their sales team.

Other Thoughts:

their website looks slick and other review sites said they wern't that bad, but the support was very lack luster. sometimes i got no responce when calling in, and it would go to voicemail or handup on me.
