Agree that the sales department is very good. Exceptionally knowledgeable but not pushy. More consultants. Delivery of service was also very good. Used the big boys in the past, but never again. These guys actually care.
Cons:
They are growing fast. Process is better but eventually they may lose that personal touch.
Other Thoughts:
Ridiculously nice data centers.

Great service and excellent communication. We actually get to speak with intelligent people when we contact their help desk. We've hosted most of our application with Secure-24 for two and a half years.
Cons:
They don't support single server hosting, I believe you must host multiple servers with them.

i wish their support was as good as their sales team.
Other Thoughts:
their website looks slick and other review sites said they wern't that bad, but the support was very lack luster. sometimes i got no responce when calling in, and it would go to voicemail or handup on me.
