Pros:

Streamlined's tech support was next to none. Their microsoft crm hosting allowed my business to track clients, opportunities, and statistics with much more efficiency.

Cons:

Although I am adamant about their crm hosting, there was a little bit of downtime between setup and integration but not a big issue.
