Pros:

streamlined fusion is something else! I have NEVER, EVER, in my entire life been treated so well by a company. I'm a small business owner and they host my Microsoft exchange and Microsoft CRM - yet they treat me like a multimillion dollar client!!!

Cons:

they are so nice and responsive i feel like I'm dreaming - i swear to god!

Here is my story, like I said I'm an entrepreneur and was my only employee. For years I used crappy GoDaddy for hosting for email/Sugar CRM. Sure they are cheap, but they also go out 8-15 times a month. A friend finally convinced me to get setup on exchange hosting, blackberry enterprise hosting and Microsoft CRM hosting – he said my business productivity would shoot through the roof.

After researching companies that hosted all of these I stumbled across this review site and read the many great reviews on streamline fusion. I immediately thought one of two things, either all these stellar reviews were fake, or this company was soon going to be out of business – (because there is no way they can offer both great service and a really cheap price) – however they had a 30 day money back guarantee on CRM hosting so I figured what the hell do I have to lose.

I signed up and within 10 seconds a REAL person called me. He walked me through the entire process in a language an idiot like myself could understand. They then setup everything in under an hour. Most companies said it would take 24-48 hours to setup exchange hosting, CRM hosting and blackberry; so at this point I was already impressed.

NOW COMES THE BEST PART OF ALL: after they setup all my accounts they called me and asked to schedule a time for install, I was like “install, I thought everything was already setup?” They said it was, but part of the (free) setup was an included remote install. NO Joke, they literally remotely logged into my computer, installed my free copy of Outlook 2007, configured exchange server AND setup the Microsoft dynamics CRM plug-in for outlook. I had to do nothing!

Since then, 2 months have passed, and I now have 2 more employees even during this time of recession. Streamlined fusion helps me with all my business productivity tools and even my websites. I tell you, these guys are something else!

On a side note, as I mentioned earlier, I used to use Sugar CRM – Microsoft CRM is vastly superior in every way. Since I'm already giving out compliments here, let me give one more – Microsoft for once you did something right. Your CRM is awesome!
