Pros:

free version is free but not very reliable

Cons:

we went from the free to pro version hoping that the uptime would increase in which case we had no problem paying... however nothing changed other that us paying sugar to fix issues instead of our IT company.

Other Thoughts:

on Microsoft Dynamics now and love it!
