We don’t make any money. In fact if anything we lose money in hosting costs. Buts that’s OK with us!

We built this website as a public service because we were we were fed up with all the obviously fake reviews we came across when choosing our own CRM provider.

If you haven’t noticed already, there are:

  • NO paid ads
  • NO Google™ ads
  • NO provider ads
  • NO ADS PERIOD!

Just down and dirty user reviews, in all their uncensored glory.

Unlike other review websites CRM Providers can't pay us for preferred rankings and they will never be able to.

Hosted CRM is where you outsources some or all of its customer relationship management (CRM) functions to an application service provider (ASP).

The hosted CRM model is said to increase return on investment (ROI) by decreasing costs and allowing a company to focus more resources on its main business areas.

In-house CRM, on the other hand, while more expensive, is also said to allow more customization.

CRM is an acronym that stands for customer relationship management.

The CRM definition is basically any and all aspects related to the management of the interaction a company has with its customers. Many people use the term CRM to refer to software packages that are designed to manage everything customer related, but there is much more behind to the term then just software.

On-Premise = At your premises, at your office. On-Premise means you can have the software installed at your place of choice. You generally make a buyout of the software. These are called as Applications.

This isn't as hard as it seems, HOWEVER it takes time and is very boring. Nonetheless it must be done - here is what we do:

Automated methods:

  • Track IP addresses. (duh)
  • Track post density from unique IP addresses.
  • Analyze keyword usage - fake reviews from company employees are often packed with keywords because they know this helps with SEO, these reviews are obvious and deleted immediately.
  • Track repeat review verbiage across our many review sites.
  • Track post timing - most companies monitor our websites regularly to look out for negative Hosted CRM reviews. The second they notice a negative Hosted CRM review they immediately counter with a positive review. This is very easy to spot.
  • User rated helpfulness - all our readers have the ability to rate every individual Hosted CRM review as helpful, or not helpful. Once a Hosted CRM review is unamiously voted as not helpful the community has spoken. We either remove the Hosted CRM review all together, or push it to the bottom of the list.

Manual Methods - We read EVERY Hosted CRM review, yes we actually do this. It really sucks, but here is why it's necessary:

  • Only a human can pick out overly negative Hosted CRM reviews done by a companies competitors in an effort to slander the reputation of their competition.
  • Only a human can pick out overly positive Hosted CRM reviews done by a companies employees. Lets face it, most reviews are negative because people only take the time to write them when they are really pissed. However positive Hosted CRM reviews, although less frequent, also exists. BUT have a much higher probability of being fake. It takes the human intellect to pick these out.
  • Experience - after you have read over 10,000 reviews, picking out fake reviews becomes second nature. We do it without even thinking about it.

WHY ARE YOU TELLING US ALL THIS??? - Won't people just read this and figure out how to circumvent your techniques?

Lets just say we left out a few very significant processes from the list. Processes we are confident will still flag fake Hosted CRM reviews even if all above listed methods fail.

YES! Our validation methods are that good! And as such are patent pending and top secret!

Finally, an easy question to answer. But just for fun, let us answer that question with some more questions:

  • Do you enjoy review sites where all the reviews are obviously fake?
  • Do you enjoy trying to find REAL user reviews and only finding reviews written by people paid by the company they are reviewing?
  • Do you enjoy having ads ALL over a review site you are supposed to believe isn't getting paid for placement of these same companies?
  • Do you actually believe top reviewed companies are "top ranked" from user reviews - when every outbound link you click has an affiliate tracking ID that the review company obviously stands to beneifit from?
  • Do you prefer reading fake, doctored reviews writen by the company you're trying to determine the worthyness of before making that all important decision?
  • Do you hate how all other review sites are total crap, hard to understand, complex to navigate and just generally outdated?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, you are either an idiot, or work for one of the companies this site reviews. If you answered no to all the questions above then you understand why this website was created.
